Local Content Management System (CMS) - kontent

A local content management system. Most content management systems run on the server, but I want a program that will run on my local computer and allow me to manage the files associated with my website and then uploaded to the server as static pages.

I have therefore started writing a simple program - kontent to do this.

This program manages information about files on the local computer. It can be used to generate:

An index.
A table of contents.
An RSS feed file.
Navigation for website.
Templates and Library items. Ability to include items which are used many times without server side includes.
Check links.

The writing of the program is still in the early stages and it only has a subset of this functionality at the moment, to check what it can do at the moment see user guide.
